Dale Goosen and Denis Kennedy are the sole Members of Dalden.

Dale is a micro-biologist by training and handles marketing and selling, having been in the pharmaceutical industry his entire working career. This experience includes working for several multi-nationals as well as the largest pharmaceutical company in Africa.

 Denis is a Chartered Accountant by profession, a former partner of Price Waterhouse and with vast experience in Commerce and Industry, including heading up a Stock Exchange listed company and having specialised in the interface between African business and Corporate Europe/America.

Dale and Denis owned and managed a successful pharmaceutical company, primarily representing Euro-Med Laboratories Philippines Inc in Southern Africa. Our company was fully registered with the Medicines Control Council and the Pharmaceutical Society. We held large State Tenders (about 20% of the market) for the county-wide supply of large volume Parentarals (IV drips) as well as some agencies in the infection control business. The entire operation was sold to a Multi-National Pharmaceutical company in June 2006 for cash.

During the history of this company we  had no supply or quality problems with any products imported from the East as we had in place additional quality assurance and quality control procedures in the East as well as in South Africa.

This business enabled Dale and Denis to establish excellent long term relationships with major suppliers of pharmaceutical and related products in the Philippines, China and Singapore, which we have maintained on an ongoing basis.

Subsequent to this transaction, Dale and Denis formed Dalden Trading in July 2006 in order to re-build a business based mainly on agencies for Southern Africa.(We are restrained from trading in the specific products which were sold and we will honour this restraint). Dalden is in its infancy but we have already concluded some significant deals with large pharmaceutical companies in South Africa and have continued with our Chinese and Philippino suppliers, including the on going interposition of quality assurance and quality control for all imported products

 Dalden continues to have excellent relationships with the entire Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries in South Africa, including the manufacturers.
