INDUCTION COOKING is not a new miracle invention. All the steel smelters in the world use  induction technology to superheat their furnaces, and have done for many years.

This old technology has been harnessed to create Home Appliance and Industrial Cookers and is extensively used throughout the Far East and Europe.

Induction Cooking saves a great deal of electricity because it heats much quicker and all the energy (heat) is utlised in the process, unlike gass for examply where much of the heat escapes around the cooking vessel.

Most Far Eastern Hotels use induction cookers at there buffet tables particularly for breakfasts as the cooking time is so much quicker.
